BookAsYouGo is an appointment and eCommerce portal for products and Services, where you can search, select and book your favourite services online from anywhere and at anytime. Search for Service Providers in a specified area across multiple Beauty and Medical categories. Select a preferred Service Provider based on availability, location and service offered and book an Appointment with the service provider and/or request for one. Our system will then update them automatically.
Depending on the nature of service you require, BookAsYouGo can provide you instant confirmation of your appointment with your desired provider through our systems. However, for some services, you would have to request for an appointment from the service provider. A request for an appointment is not a confirmed booking and you could be waiting for a long time for one. When you book, there is a clear indication of which service providers provide you with an option to book and which service providers provide you with an option to request for an appointment.
BookAsYouGo enables one to Search for a Service or a Service Provider and also allows you to Book an Appointment for a Service with a Service Provider based on location, time and price. A confirmation of the Booking is sent to both the User & Service Provider via email & sms. It’s so simple.

Being able to reschedule and cancel. You should know that managing appointments in the way of rescheduling and cancelling, impacts our business Partners. Therefore If we notice unusual behaviour from a customer, like : not turning up or cancelling frequently, at short notice, it’s our responsibility to make sure there’s a contingency for it. So if you’ve made several last-minute cancellations, missed multiple appointments, you’ll need to pay full for your appointment before attending it henceforth. Most of our partners are independent businesses, so failing to attend an appointment, or cancelling last-minute affects more than just their schedule as they’ve kept that appointment slot just for you. By introducing part-pay or booking deposit or full payment, we reduce the impact on business owners, while continuing to give our customers the perfect and satisfactory experience.
After you Search, Select and Book Your Service with the Service provider of your choice, the service providers gets instant notification about your booking and views your booking details and confirms your booking depending on their availability. And finally You get the confirmation message on your mobile or by email.
You Can book any Service of choice from our Beauty and Medical Categories. Once there is availability and the Registered Service Providers are offering the service. Go ahead and BookAsYouGo.
BookASYouGo provides Contact information about our Partners or Service Provider. This includes the Business name, Address on a map, their Working Hours, Services, Charges for Services, Average duration/time taken for the Service. Some of our Partners allows you to view their photo Gallery.
There are various ways to search for service providers and Book your Appointments. You can search By City or Name of Area . Search by the Business Name: Clinic, Salon, Hospital etc. You can also Search By Service Category. For example, Dentist or Nurse or Specialist.
Whenever you search for a service with your favourite business based on a certain time slot, BookAsYouGo will provides you multiple options for service providers and their availability for a time range close to your desired time slot. That way, you can know when a particular business or a service provider is available. Or you can also know which service providers are available in your preferred time slot.
You will get confirmation for your Booked Appointment by both SMS and Email.
An automated confirmation is inbuilt in our system. If a confirmation of your Appointment Booking is not received within 2 hours, the request will be cancelled and you will receive an sms/Email informing you about the cancellation and allowing you to rebook the Appointment.
After Booking your Appointment with the Service provider, we automatically send an email or text confirmation for your booking. However, the service provider may use one of our backend systems to provide the confirmation to you via Email or SMS.
After you sign up with BookAsYouGo, an account is created for you and you can build up your profile. Your account will allow you to update your payment details, email address and password and access all your Bookings. You will get a history of your earlier bookings and future bookings can be changed & modified. You can also get details about the feedback you had given earlier. You can add feedback from this section as well and lots more.
When you book your appointments, You pay your Service Provider either in Part or in full before or after you avail the Service you Booked. BookAsYouGo enables the interaction between the Service Provider and the Customer because the Service Provider requires us to do so. In all cases, you make payments to your Service Provider via our portal.
Simply get in touch and we'll get you sorted and get your money refunded back to you, ASAP. If you need to cancel your prepaid appointment within the cancellation period, Consider rescheduling for a later date. Otherwise, you can cancel your appointment from the App, your Book As You Go account, or your order confirmation and you'll receive a refund and confirmation email automatically. DO NOT miss your Appointment. If you've missed the cancellation period, Simply get in touch, we'll be happy to help you out.

If you need to change your appointment Rescheduling is easy. Here's how to do it. In some cases you can reschedule up to 3 hour before your appointment You need to make sure to check the cancellation policy details applied to your booking before making any changes. This is very important. To manage this, you will need to log into your account booking section of the app, your Book As You Go account, or in your confirmation email. If you've missed the rescheduling window you can try the salon directly or get in touch with us at once. How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter We don’t like to see you leaving us, but unsubscribing from our newsletter is very easy. Simply click the link at the bottom of the newsletter saying 'click here to unsubscribe' Follow the onscreen instructions. Alternatively, you can send our Customer care team an email with the registered email with us. How can I get up to date with Book As You Go news It’s excellent to have you join our community of Therapists and Medical professionals to send you the best updates and content from our Beauty Wellness and Medical empire. To sign up to receive newsletter, click on Newsletter at the bottom of the page, enter your details and leave the rest to us to send you all our latest news from the Medical world and the Beauty industry.
If you’ve forgotten your password and can’t log in, click on “forgotten password”. If you are a registered user or Business, a password rest email will automatically be sent to your registered email with us and you will be able to reset your password and log back in. If you are not already signed up, you can not access allot of features so click on the sign up link and enter a few details and create a profile with Book As You Go. Often times people book a treatment on Book As You Go or sign up to our newsletters but don't create a profile. Click to sign up and get started and take control of your account with Book As You Go. Once you have a profile with Book As You Go, simply log in into your account profile, then click on any of your profile details you desire to change or update. Change your profile photos in this section too.
